Dog fouling, an health issue and an unpleasant sight the Village could do without.

Skelton Parish Council have been made aware of incidents of dog fouling throughout the village, pond path, playground, open spaces and even on private driveways. Not only is this an unpleasant sight it is also an health issue which blights the character of the village. Skelton Parish Council would like to remind dog owners that it is an offence and encourage them to pick up and place in one of the 12 dog bins located around the village and on the A19 near the bus shelter.
